Construction
The
partitioning panels - uprights, partitions and
doors - are made in sandwich
construction. All corners and edges are rounded for safety.
The sandwich panels are strengthened with an internal all-round frame made
of rigid PVC sections.
The cavity between the panels is completely filled with CFC-free rigid
polyurethane foam which permanently bonds the two skins together keeping
them flat and parallel.
The panels either side of the door are finished with aluminium
profiles (Multistrip) which serve both as doorstop strip and vanity strip.
The top and bottom of the panels are finished with black, white or grey
moulded plastic strips
Material
Aluminium, sandwich
construction, filled with PU foam (CFC-free), with polyester-epoxy-resin
powder coating.
Plate thickness: 1mm
Finish: smooth, coating thickness approx. 80 µm.
Baking
conditions: Object temperature approx. 180°C. The surface finish
offers excellent resistance to scratches and knocks, is non-fading and
does not break down under heat.
Doors
The doors are always kept
closed by concealed, solid plastic, spring-loaded hinges integrated in the
top rail section.

Standard locking mechanism
Tw-Tec
rotary latch with vacant/engaged indicator. In emergency the doors can be unlocked from
outside.

colours: white, black, yellow, grey, red and blue.

door fittings may be handle, knobs:
Mortice type locks with metal locking bolt.

Stainless-steel legs
The fully adjustable legs with welded-on base and flat cover plate are
made of 1.4301 stainless steel throughout.
A robust aluminium top rail, in the colour of the cubicle, joins the front panels firmly together.
Surface
The surfaces
are treated for optimal resistence to humid conditions.
