Construction

The partitioning panels - uprights, partitions and doors - are made in sandwich construction. All corners and edges are rounded for safety.

The sandwich panels are strengthened with an internal all-round frame made of rigid PVC sections.

The cavity between the panels is completely filled with CFC-free rigid polyurethane foam which permanently bonds the two skins together keeping them flat and parallel.

The panels either side of the door are finished with aluminium profiles (Multistrip) which serve both as doorstop strip and vanity strip.
The top and bottom of the panels are finished with black, white or grey moulded plastic profiles.

Doors

The doors are always kept closed by concealed, solid plastic, spring-loaded hinges integrated in the top rail section.

Cubicle height: 2000 mm
(incl. 150 mm floor clearance)
Panel thickness: ca. 30 mm

Standard locking mechanism

Tw-Tec rotary latch with vacant/engaged indicator. In emergency the doors can be unlocked from outside.

Available in the following colours: white, black, yellow, grey, red and blue.

Alternative locking mechanism

Under-bench central locking system for two-way cubicles.
Central locking system for two-way cubicles.
Different door fittings of handle or knob kits.
(Flat keyhole cover)

Stainless steel legs

The fully adjustable legs with welded-on base and flat cover plate are made of 1.4301 stainless steel throughout.

Wall mounting

The element is fixed to the wall using aluminium channel which is powder-coated to match the partition.

At extra charge we can also provide a secret fix wall mounting (Shadow gap).
This wall mounting is also used for connection to the floor without floor clearance.

Corner connection

The corner connection links the front wall to a side wall and is made from an extruded aluminium section which is powder-coated to match the partition.

Standard fittings

The scope of delivery includes all parts necessary for installation, i.g. top rail sections with plastic cover strips, wall mounting channels, legs, corner posts, doorstop strip / vanity strip, door knob, rotary latch with vacant/engaged display and fixings.

Installation

The installation is either done by our experienced installers or can also be done by your self following the printed instructions.

Cutouts can easily be done with an electric jig saw using a metal blade.
